How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenât received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says âno information available at the momentâ.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youâve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Vevo Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

super good laptop. small, powerful and even though 10.9 seems small, but the scale is perfect and i'm longsighted now. still can work on it extenisively, the keyboard is backlit, ddr5 ram is fast, about 8g used all the time and i have 2 x chrome and 1 x edge with about 10 tabs running at the same time. cpu runs about 10% and base freq is 1.7 but max that i see is 1.25 , has never hit 3.nn gig, so forever cool i think only girp i have = no touch screen?? but i can live with that for this price point. go get one. power user here.
Only had a day but seems to be what was ordered, though the windows installed came without an activation key when you reset the computer (which has already been set up with who knows what software loaded in). I'm waiting to hear from the company what the score is with that?? But the computer itself is a cool, small and responsive bit of kit.

So far I'm happy with this laptop for the price. I found a little bit heat but that hasn't been an issue so far. Mouse cursor move slowly while rotating the screen that pretty annoying. Linux installs ok but as is typical with these size devices, the screen is rotated on start-up, requiring some configuration changes. I've not found Linux drivers and have also yet to get automatic screen rotation working. More over the seller is very very polite and gentle. The product is good, for your own money. But for some reason, when I looked at the description, it was written the container SSD 2 terabytes, 1 terabytes came. And seller, very long time to send the goods.
So far I'm happy with this laptop for the price. SSD was easy to swap (I used a Crucial T500 Pro 2TB). WiFi/Bluetooth appears to be built onto the motherboard. Heat hasn't been an issue so far but there is nothing preventing a thermal pad being placed between the CPU cooler and the bottom metal case. I noticed some screen tearing at times when scrolling really quickly. Linux installs ok but as is typical with these size devices, the screen is rotated on start-up, requiring some configuration changes. I've not found Linux drivers for the fingerprint sensor, and have also yet to get automatic screen rotation working.

The computer arrived in good condition.
The exterior is solidly built and the hinge is well balanced. When closed, it is fixed by magnets and does not open freely. The touchpad is satisfactory for the price, and the fingerprint sensor also works well. The screen has a cool tone, sharp, and provides sufficient brightness. The backlit keyboard also has a good feeling. The bottom is one-piece metal sheet and separated immediately after unscrewing. The ram is soldered, so you can only access to the SSD and cooling fan assembly. The fan is not loud. Bundled SSD is PCIE 3.0x4 type but the motherboard only supports PCIE 3.0x1 lane so budget SSDs are recommended for this machine. It seems that only one of the two USB C-type ports (the one closer to the indicator LED) can input power. Bundled charger is 12V/3A, but the laptop leading 15V from my USB-PD charger. The remaining USB-C port seem to be USB 2.0. The system info says it supports touch and pen, but I could not find adequate active stylus type. The MPP stylus did not work.
